My hope for you is to find the help you seek. People in our society may experience feeling hurt, betrayed, frustrated, anxious, or depressed. They may have uncomfortable feelings related to grief, divorce, parenting, or life transitions that are overwhelming. Let's collaborate with compassion, hope, and care to work through this sometimes messy life. I have experience using Somatic EMDR, self-compassion, mindfulness, and animal assisted therapy to facilitate insightful change. I know change is possible, my clients and I have experienced it. 1/16/2025: no sliding scale availability at this time.
I work with individuals, couples, teens, and kiddos 10 yrs and up. Whether adding coping skills, increasing self/body trust, transitioning through life changes like peri/menopause, or fine-tuning parenting methods, we can work together to meet your goals. I specialize in animal assisted therapy with my canine partner, Nugget.
