I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Columbus, Indiana, and I provide services throughout the state via telehealth. I enjoy providing a soft place to land for children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I work with my clients on healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
My communication style is calm, encouraging, and that of a partner. I listen with acceptance that you are the expert on your own life, thoughts, and feelings. ​I aim to create an environment of comfort and safety.
I have always been drawn to helping others and walking through tough times with them. I feel lucky to have the privilege to see my clients get to the other side of their struggles and thrive. I especially love to see clients grow from their experiences and reach their full potential.
