What is preventing you from living your most meaning filled life? I believe therapy is a truly collaborative effort for healing and as such, I seek to build an authentic and equal relationship with the person sitting across from me. I am passionate about helping people learn how to live by their values instead of letting emotions, thoughts or OCD control or overwhelm their lives. If you're suffering from OCD, or self harm; including cutting, bingeing, restriction, purging, my targeted approach is highly effective when you engage in the process.
​I treat OCD, anxiety, and eating disorders using practical, evidence-based treatments that are focused on real change. For OCD, I use a special blend of Acceptance and Commitment therapy with Exposure response prevention and Inference-Based CBT. In sessions with me, you'll face what scares you, build skills, and move toward the life you actually want.
