In conjunction with traditional talk therapies, I offer mindfulness, meditation, and simple yoga poses to recenter and rebalance the mind-body connection, to improve inter- and intra-personal relationships, and to create physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. I have over 20 years of experience in various settings and working with people with a wide variety of needs, including, but not limited to: Anxiety, Depression, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Trauma/PTSD, Relationship Issues, and Grief/Loss.
