I have discovered that a sense of belonging, security, and peace is found within our being. I am a certified Focusing-Oriented psychotherapist with a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy and a specialization in Medical Family Therapy. I work with an integrative psycho-spiritual approach that incorporates Internal Family Systems Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Spirituality, to access the innate wisdom of the body-mind-spirit to heal. If you are suffering from family-of-origin issues, trauma, betrayal, depression, anxiety, illness, physical pain, or an inability to feel connected, I can help.
My goal is to provide a safe environment to enable clients to create a better relationship with themselves and others as they expand the ways they feel limited in the world. Women's Group: Journey into Wholehearted Living
This online group is designed to support women on their inner journey to a place of safety, belonging, and wholehearted living. Grounded in science and contemplative wisdom we will steadily and compassionately become home to our deepest sense of Self and our true nature. Facilitation of the group process will center on the skills and practices offered in Deirdre Fay’s book: "Becoming Safely Embodied: A Guide to Organize Your Mind, Body, and Heart to Feel Secure in the World."
