About
Life is complex, and at some point, we all experience heartache. Emotions right now can be heightened or numbed. Stress, loss, or a feeling of being stuck may be compounded. I believe, however, that mitigating suffering and creating meaningful change is possible, even amidst difficult circumstances. It is my hope as your therapist to best support you through this process.
I have been told that my greatest strengths as a clinician are a respect for one’s experiences, my sincere nature, and sense of humor. I take great joy in practicing psychotherapy, working with people briefly or over the course of several years. I favor a collaborative approach within a safe environment to gently explore anything.
In my current practice I treat adults. I have a particular interest in helping those during transitions, including with moves, work, and relationships. Please don't hesitate to get in touch.
