My primary therapeutic goal is to support individuals, in their journey towards healthy and sustainable growth, including resolution of any past trauma. My approach is grounded in collaboration. I recognize that life can bring periods of feeling stuck, disconnected, being caught in patterns of avoidance, anxiety, and discontentment. In response, I offer a trauma-informed, intermodal framework that incorporates creative and expressive arts therapies alongside evidence-based practices. Together, we work to build skills that foster intentional growth and healing from past experiences, empowering clients to move toward in their goals.
I work collaboratively with individuals to help them reconnect with their authentic selves and move toward a fuller, more meaningful life. Using a trauma-informed, integrative approach, I draw from EMDR, Brainspotting, Schema Therapy, DBT, CBT, ERP, Narrative Therapy, Creative/Expressive Arts modalities and nutrition-based insights—tailored to each person’s
