I work from a position of Cultural Humility to explore inter-generational trauma, anxiety, and depression. My clients range in age from 6 - 60 and together we work to identify interventions that reduce symptoms and increase quality of life. My style varies based on client needs where I utilize an integrative method to the counseling process reflecting on sources that encompass aspects of Mindfulness, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy techniques. I mix strength-based strategies along with behavioral exploration and mindfulness to encourage self-awareness while promoting growth and change.
In addition, to working with anxiety, and depression, I have experience helping people navigate new situations that may require a lifestyle adjustment. My approach is empathetic where clients are encouraged to reflect on their strengths while developing tools to ensure life balance and harmony.
My work includes helping individuals on a variety of topics that can include alternative life styles, where I cultivate a sex positive and non-judgmental approach.
