I work hard to make every session with my clients meaningful by first co-creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and relaxed space where you can talk about whatever you need to talk about - a space where you can process feelings and we can collaboratively identify solutions that will make things better in whatever area of your world you want to work on.
You are your own best authority with strengths and opportunities for growth. My job is to listen and guide you toward finding problem solving skills that will lead to solutions. Maybe it has been too long since you've laughed. I have a talent for finding secret, often unseen, yet useful and therapeutic humor.
