I wholeheartedly believe that you have answers within yourself and through the process of therapy, my goal is to support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom. I love to work with both teens and adults around building self-confidence, reducing anxiety, navigating personal relationships and helping you to build the life and identity that most reflects who you wish to be.
I work with teens and adults who struggle with issues including anxiety, depression, social anxiety, high sensitivity (HSPs), people-pleasing, co-dependency, trauma, grief, life transitions, and low self-esteem. I believe in using a person-centered perspective, utilizing a combination of traditional and holistic modalities to fit your individual needs.
