My approach to therapy is non-judgmental, relational, client-centered and holistic. This means that I meet you where you are right now and respect the unique path you have walked. I wholeheartedly believe that you have answers within yourself and through the process of therapy, my goal is to support you in connecting with your own inner wisdom.I make this my goal to understand you as a whole person, and frame my treatment around this goal.
I work with teens and adults who struggle with issues including anxiety, depression, depression, social anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions/changes, low self-esteem. I believe in using a person-centered perspective, utilizing a combination of traditional and holistic modalities to fit your individual needs. Most of all, I value your intrinsic guidance.
I provide individual therapy services both in-person and online from the Roseville and Sacramento areas. I also work for Path mental health, an online profile which accepts most insurances and can work with anyone in the state of CA!
