I am a licensed clinical psychologist in practice in Westchester County, NY. I worked for 11 years as a Psychologist at Columbia University's Counseling & Psychological Services, providing psychotherapy to the diverse graduate and undergraduate student body. Patients there presented with a broad scope of psychiatric concerns ranging from anxiety and life transitions to trauma and family issues. I served as a member of Columbia's Trauma Treatment team, working with survivors of sexual assault and recent trauma. I have a great deal of experience treating anxiety, mood disorders, and interpersonal relationship problems.
My hope is to provide a supportive environment to navigate your concerns and promote your well-being. My work integrates both insight oriented and cognitive behavioral techniques. I am interactive and collaborative in my way of working... always hoping to help resolve issues in a meaningful and tangible way.
