At Willow Tree Therapy, my mission is to provide a nurturing and non-judgmental space for healing and personal growth. I am dedicated to supporting emotional well-being, resilience and self discovery, through compassionate and evidence-based care. My style is warm and collaborative. We will work together to identify and address what you are looking for in therapy. My aim is to provide empathy and practical tools that people can use on a daily basis.
I specialize in working with clients during and after pregnancy. In grad school, I spent a year interning at OHSU's Center for Women's Health and have worked with perinatal clients throughout my 16 years as a therapist. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, perinatal loss and infertility.
I believe in the inherent strength and resilience of every person. Therapy is a collaborative journey where safety, trust and authenticity create the foundation for meaningful growth. My approach is grounded in empathy and deep respect for each person's unique story.
