My hope is to have clients who will be honest with me and let me help them where they are in their life path. Clients should try to be willing to challenge themselves and to trust the therapeutic process. The goal is to keep working on positive growth and not expect perfection. Finding connection without judgement can be transformative! I have partnered with clients from many different backgrounds and treat everyone with respect, dignity, and integrity. I value relationships. I have been told my greatest strengths include honesty, asking great questions, being straight forward, a good listener/ problem solver, and providing hope.

I grew up on the east side of the state, but have lived in the Grand Rapids area for my adult life. I have lived a very diverse lifestyle, including difficult relationships, parental loss, and family mental health issues. I am a mom of 2 adult daughters, and have 3 grandchildren!

Life can be really complicated, and we all need non-judgmental people in our lives, we can reach out to, who will listen and help support us in our journey. I feel a great passion for helping others who want to heal, establish positive coping skills and find acceptance in their relationships and their lives.
