Lesli Harper, Licensed Professional Counselor. Hello, I'm Lesli. I support people to return to wholeness. That means finding your purpose, successfully navigating transitions, moving out of depression and anxiety, developing life and parenting skills, and attaining their goals.
The heart of my work is person-centered. I also use Cognitive Therapy, Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, coaching techniques, and mindfulness training. I work with people struggling with anxiety, depression, life changes, parenting issues, or who are just feeling stuck.
My goal is to create a safe, nurturing, warm environment for clients. I maintain an empathetic presence with my clients. I also like to use humor to create and strengthen connections when appropriate. I support clients to set attainable, specific goals that are anchored in what they want to move toward, not in what they're trying to get away from.
