Hi there, my name is Lesli and have been a practicing therapist for over 20 years. I believe that above all, the therapist and client relationship is the key to success. It's important that I provide a comforting space for my clients to feel accepted and understood while expressing themselves. I am warm, open, caring, creative and down to earth. Therapy may not always be so serious. I will use humor when appropriate and gently challenge you in order to promote growth and achieve your goals, whatever they may be.
I am experienced in working with adults, including young adults and older adults, with all different issues and areas of concerns i.e. depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship stress, and chronic mental illness, etc. I use my creativity in sessions to create a client-centered approach given everyone's unique experiences and histories.
