Hello! My name is Lesli Brown and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with teens and adults who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, or traumatic experiences. Whether you are experiencing crisis in your life, or working to manage daily stressors, my hope is that I can provide the support you need to feel successful and fulfilled. It can be hard to admit to ourselves when we are having a problem, or not reaching our goals, let alone discussing these concerns with others. I feel it is crucial to the therapeutic process that when you come to my office you feel comfortable and free to discuss.
I use a integrative, trauma-informed approach to help you tell your story, identify your strengths, and build your capacity for resilience. Effective therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach, that works for everyone. My goal is to help support you in developing the coping skills, tools and gaining insights to help you achieve a more authentic self.
