Hi, my name is, Lesley Wotton, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Clinician in the state of New Hampshire. My license number is, 2258. I truly believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and have the life that they desire. My main therapeutic approaches are person centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. I love providing perinatal and parenting support to women. I have worked with women in the midst of IVF, pregnancy loss, the postpartum period, postpartum anxiety and parenting support.
I am a very collaborative therapist, meaning I listen to those who I work with and adjust according to their needs. That being said, I do have a plan for our time together, but I am flexible to change for whatever is needed at the time of the appointment.
I talk and listen to the person about the goals that they want to achieve during their time in therapy. I provide time and space for the person to share their story with me, specifically about what brings them to therapy.
