Are you or your child feeling anxious, depressed, or having trouble focusing? Do you feel that now is the time to talk about it, and get the help you deserve? I have worked extensively with both children and adults, and enjoy helping people from all walks of life find happiness, address problems, set goals, and work to better themselves. As a former teacher, I enjoy helping children and their families navigate the world of school, and ultimately feel successful socially and academically.

As a former special education teacher, I have extensive experience working with children of different abilities. I have experience working with children who have experienced trauma. I have also worked as a hospice social worker, helping patients and families deal with loss, illness, and significant life changes.

I have experience working with children and adults with Autism, AD/HD, learning disabilities, PTSD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and personality disorders.
