As a former teacher, I enjoy helping children and their families navigate the world of school, and ultimately feel successful socially and academically. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as those who identify as Neurodivergent.
I have extensive experience working with children and adults of varying abilities, individuals who have experienced trauma, and parents who need support with their children. I utilize a variety of evidence based treatment methods to help meet client's needs including Circle of Security, CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, PCIT, CPP, and Sand Tray.
I have extensive experience working with individuals who identify as Neurodivergent, including those who identify as Autistic. I embrace the Neurodiversity movement, and aim to help children, parents, and adults celebrate their unique differences while managing any challenges along the way.
