Lesley McGee is not currently accepting new clients.
**Please note email is my preferred method of contact for new clients**When my clients are functioning at their best they are creative, playful, passionate, and hard-working. They are adults aged 18+ who are interested in a holistic look at their wellbeing (including factors like sleep quality, relationships, movement etc.). When struggling they tend to find themselves overwhelmed with worry, self-doubt, and/or self-criticism. They are also curious about their body sensations and what that information may mean for their mental health.
My priorities are building a sense of safety and trust as I believe that change can only come from a space free from harsh judgment or criticism. Over the course of our work together we will learn how you can recover from the challenges of daily living, build meaningful connections, and feel empowered to live authentically.
I will use each session to explore and understand who you are at your core, as well as who you would like to be. My priorities are building a sense of safety and trust as I believe that change can only come from a space free from harsh judgment or criticism.
