Let's Connect (719) 752-2141

I support clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and cultivating lives rooted in authenticity, embodiment and self-trust. My practice offers a respectful, nuanced space for those navigating trauma, religious harm and deconstruction, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration and affirmation, codependency, body image concerns, grief and experiences of domestic violence. My approach is informed by compassion, clarity and deep regard for each client’s lived experience.
Therapy with me is collaborative, informed by somatics and grounded in feminist values. I integrate modalities such as mindfulness, IFS and ketamine assisted therapy from a lens that is trauma-informed, queer-affirming and anti-oppressive.
I believe it's never too late to come home to yourself whether you've endured trauma, loss or other forms of harm and heartbreak. I would be honored to support you in your journey of healing and reconnection to yourself and others.
