With over 20 years experience working as a Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist, I will work collaboratively with you to identify, plan, and accurately help you develop a clear path towards the high quality life you desire. My expertise In Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with training from the Beck Institute, allows me to offer you a way to learn skills and tools necessary for you to use now, and in your future. Working with adolescents/young adults, adults, families, and couples, CBT is the gold standard, evidenced based therapy that will help you to achieve and continue to move forward in your life.
I offer expertise using CBT in a number of areas such as, anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety, procrastination, PTSD, self sabotage, life changes/stress, grief, and relationship difficulties to name a few. Using other collaborative therapies to augment CBT allows me to offer a wider range of treatment.
As a collaborative process, we will develop a relationship based on mutual trust, respect, with a clear understanding of your values and unique perspective on life.
