Life can be really tough sometimes.
We all go through hard seasons—stress, loss, relationship confusion, anger, parenting struggles, or just feeling lost and unsure of where we belong. As Brene Brown beautifully puts it: “Loving ourselves through the process of owning our stories is the bravest thing we will ever do.” And I couldn’t agree more.
But let’s be honest—most of us don’t always know how to love ourselves, let alone what it means to own our story.
I believe counseling provides space to allow self love, acceptance, thriving and living a whole and intentional life. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach (CBT) with clients. Additionally, I am a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP) & value the importance of emotional & physical intimacy and understand the pain when/if intimacy is strained.
I work with adults & couples to help process and own their stories - and to work with them through the difficult chapters to allow them to own and love the rest of their story!
