For teens who feel pressure to hide parts of themselves, for women navigating intense emotions or complicated relationships, and for survivors of trauma—you don’t have to go through it alone. What you’re feeling matters, and support is possible. I work with neurodivergent teens and Gen Z/Millennial women who feel anxious, stuck, exhausted, or uncertain about their next steps. Whether it’s depression, social struggles, anxiety, or the weight of past experiences, we’ll build coping tools to help you communicate, feel grounded, and reconnect with your most authentic self—without pretending or holding back.
Whether you're a neurodivergent teen, a Gen-Z or millennial-age woman with anxiety/depression, or healing from past trauma, I'm here for you. Together, I'll help you to build a toolbox of skills to manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and heal from past wounds, empowering you to live in a more fulfilling way. I'm here to support you and answer any questions!
It's terrifying to step out of your comfort zone, talk feelings, and face traumatic pasts. You owe it to yourself to accept help, though. Seriously! It's vital to me that you find our therapy sessions to be nonjudgmental, welcoming, and worth the time. If you're ready to wade through the heavy stuff, I'm here to walk with you to find lightness again.
