Therapy is a wonderful way to explore barriers (mental, emotional, behavioral, spiritual or relational) that block potential and happiness. I help clients develop practical tools for navigating life's challenges. To deepen the healing process, I may incorporate Body Talk, Reiki, mindfulness or other consciousness-based healing strategies to restore balance.
