My approach is different: we explore your experience through mindful, embodied awareness, noticing how your body, mind, and emotions interact in real time. Together, we create a space for curiosity, compassion, and self-trust to grow—helping you uncover new ways of being and relating to yourself and the world.

I offer a collaborative, nontraditional space where we follow your experience as it unfolds. Using Brainspotting, somatic practices, ACT, narrative therapy, and parts work, we notice sensations, emotions, and old stories as they arise. Engaging both body and mind, we rebuild safety, tend to old wounds, and cultivate curiosity, insight, and authentic growth.
