My job is to walk alongside you to challenge and inspire you in your journey.
I am a fully trained EMDR therapist (research proven trauma therapy). I use EMDR with clients that have experienced trauma/loss, for anxiety and depression issues, childhood trauma and resource development. I also use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Experiential Therapy techniques depending on the clients needs.
