UNFORTUNATELY, I AM NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. I work with individuals who desire change in their life and want to experience a greater sense of well being and inner peace. As your therapist, I act as a guide, collaborating and helping you to access the larger sense of who you really are in the world, assisting in the process of deep internal discovery, and ensuring that our time together unfolds at a pace that brings about the change you desire. I create a safe, confidential and respectful environment and support you in your journey to overcome whatever you struggle with, or are challenged by in your life.
I employ a number of modalities that invite both therapist and client to enter into a transformational relationship in which healing occurs. Among these modalities are IFS (http://www.selfleadership.org/.), AEDP (http://www.aedpinstitute.org/) and Natural Processing (http://naturalprocessing.org/). I am certified in IFS.
I work primarily with adult populations, college age and older. I see people who are dealing with a variety of issues including but not necessarily limited to: depression, anxiety, life transitions such as divorce and separation, trauma, men's issues and personal growth.
