I draw on my Ph.D. in Psychology and Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, along with years of experience helping to understand what the problem might be and working with you toward achieving the life you desire. Not Accepting New Clients. I believe in working with people from a holistic and self empowerment approach, knowing that each is their own expert, but may need some guidance in uncovering or remembering their strengths, interests, and purpose. Some other approaches I use are Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, and Mindfulness techniques. However, the therapeutic relationship and feeling comfortable with the person one talks to is the most important basis for the work to begin. I encourage potential clients to interview several therapists.

I have 25+ years of diverse experience in the field of Social Work. My youngest client has been 5 and my oldest 91. My clinical work has focused on relationship issues, mood disorders and transitional life issues. I like to think of myself as a coach as well as a therapist.
