My approach to therapy is solution focused. That is, I help you find your strengths and together we build upon them. The goal is to improve your self esteem and the quality of your life. I do this in a safe, non-judgmental and comfortable environment. I work with adults having difficulty coping with midlife issues such as empty nest, marital changes, career changes, second careers, health concerns and relationships with adult children. I also work with couples, helping them find their way again.

I am a licensed psychologist who provides individual, couples, family, and group psychotherapy for individuals across the adult lifespan, ranging from young adults to geriatrics. As founder and owner of Kane Psychology, Fallon Kane has been working with families in the area for six years. Dr. Kane completed her Clinical Psychology Ph.D at the Derner School of Psychology, with a concentration in child and family studies. Vivan Giang, Noelle Watters, Joshua Glazer, and Meg Kane form the rest of the team, and are supervised by Dr. Kane. Typically our initial counseling sessions conversations are casual, it is a platform to ensure that I am the right fit for you.

Dr. Johanna deLeyer-Tiarks conducts psychological-diagnostic and neuropsychological evaluations using a variety of comprehensive and scientifically-sound assessment methods in order to accurately diagnose psychological, learning, and behavioral disabilities. She is a psychologist, researcher, and professor, with years of experience specializing in psychological assessment. Dr. deLeyer-Tiarks is also a professor where she teaches doctoral students how to conduct intellectual, behavioral, and personality assessments.

The reality is that everyone is subjected to the unpredictable stressors of life, and it's normal to feel the weight of that.
