So many aspects of daily life can feel out of balance. In the face of the increasing demands from the external world, it can be challenging to live within our own sense of connection, meaning, purpose, and calm. Yet, these are each essential ingredients in a healthy and fulfilling life. For me, psychotherapy is more than a process for changing thoughts and behaviors. Rather, it is a space for "healing the soul," the literal meaning of the words psychotherapy is derived from. In this sense, psychotherapy provides a sacred space for healing, evolution, and transformation.
With over 25 years of experience, I use many approaches and methods in therapy, depending on need. I have many areas of interest including arts, music, holistic medicine, education, and various forms of spirituality. While I work with the range of psychological disorders, diagnosis is not the point; rather, psychotherapy is about healing and living fully.
