My intention is to create a safe space for you to share your story and explore solutions. I believe that the therapist-client relationship is the critical element of therapeutic success. The goal of treatment is to remove energetic, psychological and spiritual blockages to align you with your highest self; mind, body and spirit. My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to what you need and are comfortable with. I use a variety of modalities including Energy Psychology, EFT, Reiki, Somatic/Yoga Therapy, mindfulness, breath work and other holistic/mind-body techniques. I also use a variety of the more standard psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT and psychodynamic therapy.
