I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Michigan University, and bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Communication at Oakland University. During my internship, I spent time at a women's shelter working with survivors of domestic abuse and interpersonal partner violence.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who received my Master’s Degree in Counseling at Oakland University. I provide therapy services for adolescents, adults, couples, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress, grief, and many other life or relationship problems. My strengths as a therapist begin with my ability to make clients feel comfortable while being fully engaged and invested in their progress. My clients regularly comment on my ability to remember even the simplest of details from previous sessions even upon returning to therapy years later.

I am almost complete with doctorates in Integrative Medicine and Natural Medicine. I am a fascia expert, author, trauma expert, and I believe in accountability by moving you forward with equipping you with coping mechanisms that work for you, and I free you from the past. Past trauma, emotion, and energy get stored in the fascia of the body, which effects your mental and emotional health, so my approach is unique.
