Primary, secondary and social infertility as well as pregnancy loss can threaten one's dreams of building their family and lead to reproductive trauma. I participate in continuing education on a regular basis in order to provide relevant counseling for my clients.

It may be hard for you to convey your emotions or thoughts. My goal is to help individuals not fear past experiences and current emotional states but rather learn from them. Struggling with mental health can be isolating and I would like to provide you with a nonjudgmental, safe-space to help you overcome your struggles while learning tools to help you grow and heal. I also have experience helping couples to communicate more effectively and reestablish intimacy.

My experience in the mental health field so far has allowed me to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem/self-worth, body issues, gender and sexuality, anger management, family conflicts, and relationship issues. My passion for this field has helped improve my commitment, focus, inclusivity, and empathy to best help those seeking therapy services.

I am almost complete with doctorates in Integrative Medicine and Natural Medicine. I am a fascia expert, author, trauma expert, and I believe in accountability by moving you forward with equipping you with coping mechanisms that work for you, and I free you from the past. Past trauma, emotion, and energy get stored in the fascia of the body, which effects your mental and emotional health, so my approach is unique. I will guide you to adapt a growth mindset of empowerment.

Due to telehealth, I can take clients from anywhere in Michigan. I enjoy working with clients who are up for a little work and challenge. I have a strong belief in the idea that therapy isn't something that is done to us, but rather something we must take an active role in to see any true progress. I view therapy as another way to add more tools to our toolbox in an effort to better ourselves.
