Welcome to Modyfi! We're an all virtual practice that offers appointments exclusively via Telehealth. Our providers accept most major insurances, and are welcoming new patients with appointments often available in days, not weeks or months. Our highest priority is to cultivate a space for you to feel safe, supported, and unconditionally accepted so that we can better understand the interplay between our thought life, emotional experiences, and behavioral reactions.

The Collective Healing Center is an evidence-based private practice that provides trauma-informed mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. Our clinical staff is especially trained to work in individual, couples, or family therapy formats. We specialize in the areas of children and families, trauma, attachment disruptions, perinatal and postpartum mental health, life transitions, gender diversity, and sexual orientation. Our clinicians have ample familiarity with trauma-related issues and symptoms such as self-injury, dissociation, eating concerns, grief and sexual behaviors.

"I Believe In Life On Life Terms" that mainly entailed the provision of counseling services to consumers of various ages in the homes/community reporting a history of trauma, abuse, economic poverty, homeless, lack of adult guidance, substance use that precipitated unhealthy learned behaviors to survive. The consumer’s needs were individualized based on the uniqueness of each personality and life dynamics. Within the therapeutic process and environment, the need was a genuine, safe environment of emotional support and acceptance towards desired changes.

TELETHERAPY Ideally, I want to create an environment that allows my clients to find their way, learn about themselves, and grow to be leaders in their treatment. The approaches I use give clients the ability to take the initiative, evaluate and then make a plan of action. Making the decision to enter into therapy is a challenge in itself. But in the end I want to meet the client where they are at and go from there. Where applicable I use Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, play therapy, career/coaching and other modalities in practice.

I am Bilingual Clinical Psychologist who specializes in working with children and adolescents and their families with a range of emotional and behavioral conflicts and issues. I have provided individual and family therapy using a variety of evidence-based methods. Having a particular interest in working with children who struggle with various life issues, I view my office as a place where children can feel safe and learn to help themselves. I encourage them to identify their own strengths and develop goals to promote positive long-term outcomes and resilience so that they may thrive.

I genuinely listen to my patients' needs and problems. This develops an understand of their issues. Together we can formulate a plan to help the patient develop new behavioral approaches to the problems.
