I have 20+ years of experience working with children, families, and adults from all walks of life who are working on a wide variety of personal and interpersonal concerns. I borrow from a variety of therapeutic interventions to help others deal with the difficulties they are facing.

I strive to create a safe, supportive and accepting environment to help heal and grow to reach your full potential. My passion is working with people who have endured a traumatic loss of a spouse or child, as well as women and couples dealing with an infertility diagnosis and who are seeking counseling to help build their family.

We have several years of experience working with the adult population dealing with: Family and couples counseling, dual diagnosis, trauma, psychosis, personality disorders, anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, and substance use disorder. Together we will work on different treatments such as: coping skills, problem solving, CBT, DBT and remain solution focused. Everyone is individualized, not everyone fits into the same starting point or same modality of treatment.

Life often throws curveballs and learning new ways to respond to stress can be one of the most important things we can do. I enjoy building relationships and watching others develop the skills they need to successfully overcome their challenges in life. Therapeutic work can be difficult, but I've found that a good sense of humor can go a long way.

I am an experienced practitioner with over 16 years in the clinical social work field. I enjoy working with older teens and young adults working on transitional issues as well as people of all ages struggling with mood disorders, life stressors, relationship struggles, redefining life goals or other adjustments to change. I also work with couples to enhance communication and navigate barriers to a healthy relationship. I use many CBT techniques as well as meditation and other relaxation practices to enhance sessions. I am licensed in Massachusetts and in Florida, currently offering telemedicine sessions.
