I also work with couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship and who are seeking help in reducing conflict, improving communication and increasing intimacy.

Hi, I'm Christina Vargas, but you can refer to me as Christy! I'm a psychotherapist, but you might also call me a self-care/self-love advocate working towards eliminating the stigma of mental illness.
