My goal is to listen with an open heart and mind and to be your guide as you move through the healing process. I believe that each person has the capacity to heal themselves, and with a therapist walking alongside you, that healing can be both powerful and long-lasting.

I offer traditional talk therapy as well as EMDR therapy, both virtually and in person. I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and believe everyone is on an individual path. There is no one size fits all treatment or set of goals. Together, you and I will identify what you would like to see different in your life and how to help you feel better. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and am psychodynamically oriented in my work.

This unique life coaching practice, with husband and wife Mr. Walter Homsey and Lakeeya Homsey, offers support for working professionals. At Transitions4life, LLC, we specialize in conducting individual (21+) and couples teletherapy and/or coaching sessions with clients who are experiencing varied mental health and life transition concerns. We also assist those who are clinical professionals or work in high stress careers to better manage their life stressors, promote self care, and reduce the effects of burnout.

In my practice, I look to build a strong and trusting rapport with clients. We are then able to work together on identifying potential sources of life stressors as well as strengths.
