Talking with one another can help you finding a more quiet space within yourself. If you are struggling with depression, anxieties, insecurities, troubled relationships, high sensitivity, or with a neurodiverse experience, psychotherapy can be a place from where you can travel, explore, and listen to the sound between the lines. I invite you to embark on this voyage and find your style of leadership that takes you to new places in love and work. Therapy can help you develop understanding and acceptance of overwhelming life events. Finding your way through life's maze can finally be one of your most wonderful achievements.
Throughout my career, I have been involved in working with people from very different cultural backgrounds. Attending closely to where a person comes from has been perceived as helpful in facilitating connections between present and past and the feeling of being understood.
In my practice, I work with teenagers, individual adults, families and couples in short term and longer term psychotherapy and in psychoanalysis. Often, I am consulted to facilitate transitions in life, love, and work, to get help with sorting through complex relationships, or to help to adjust, navigate, and master the challenges of every day life.

Groups
Consultation Group for Clinicians
This group is well suited for beginning therapists/analysts. The focus is on case presentations by group members that will be discussed within a psychoanalytic framework. Some reading will be recommended if helpful and essential to facilitate a psychoanalytic stance. This includes listening and thinking on different levels, participating attentively while being able to shift focus to varying perspectives. We will discuss topics surrounding the analytic frame like frequency, face to face, use of the couch, interpretation, practice building — externally and internally, and topics that arise out of our work together.
