I work from an integrative approach, primarily with a cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and psychodynamic perspective. I often incorporate accelerated experiential dynamic psychotherapy, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mind-body connections to address the complexities of each individual and their struggles.
I treat anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, trauma, life transitions and identity issues.
