Hello and thanks so much for visiting my profile. At times, fear, anxiety, and worried thoughts about the past or future can really hijack a person’s life. Stressful or traumatic events times can leave you feeling overwhelmed or joyless. I use tools drawn from mindfulness (MBSR), breath work, and CBT. I provide a safe space in which to help you to sort through the mess. Through deep and attuned listening, I will seek to fully understand your experience. Together we will learn more about who you are and what you need in order to feel more safe and peaceful on daily basis.

My approach is uniquely tailored to each client. I genuinely care for each of my clients and work collaboratively with you to help you heal. I draw from Attachment Theory, CBT, Mindfulness, and Buddhism. My areas of specialization are: trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, breakups and divorce, parenting, and building self-esteem and confidence.
