I accept a variety of clients desiring treatment for trauma, eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, as well as those who are desiring coping skills to improve their daily lives. I take clients age 13 and up.

I love working with young adults (20s/30s) who are interested in experiencing more authenticity, freedom, and joy in life. I provide a safe space to process the fears that hold you back from living your most authentic life and will help you soothe and comfort the wounded parts of yourself that act out in fear to stop you from being fully you. We'll talk about how your less authentic behaviors are your way of trying to protect yourself from pain or rejection and discuss whether these protective measures are still necessary in your current situation. My goal is to help you develop more compassion, gentleness and love towards yourself.

My practice focuses on adolescents (and their parents) and young adults making life transitions, as well as with adults experiencing relational issues. I work with those struggling with addiction, depression, anxiety, divorce, etc. I have a client-centered approach and try to meet each client where they are in their life and work to move from there to assist them in reaching their personal goals and living their lives more fully.

I am a counseling intern at Waybridge Counseling Services. My counseling approach is very developmental and systemic in nature, meaning that most situations in which we need more help are part of a larger whole in our interconnected lives.
