I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I specialize in treating addictions, specifically eating disorders in adolescents, teens, and adults. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, and I utilize both strength based and goal oriented approaches. I assist my clients in building and maintaining a comprehensive relapse prevention plan that works to identify specific coping strategies for particular thought and emotional triggers. Additionally, I work with my clients to create a treatment plan that is collaborative with attainable goals that center on accountability.
