I have worked with an array of people and problems in my 24 years of working as a mental health professional. My counseling approach is eclectic and individualized to meet each client's needs because although we are all connected we certainly are all not alike. I am always supportive but I also believe in challenging my clients when appropriate. In the past, I have specialized in working with adults with dual diagnoses, families and couples, exceptional students in the public school setting, and even forensic treatment.

Before venturing into private practice, I gathered years of experience in both outpatient counseling settings and secure in-patient units. Children and adult women are my primary areas of specialization, but I enjoy working with a diverse client population. I currently provide individual counseling for both children and adults targeting a wide variety of needs. LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC ally.

As a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapist with over 23 years of experience, I provide therapy focused on helping individuals move past their trauma to live more fulfilling lives.
