During my more than 25 years of being a therapist, I have learned the importance of deep listening and the power of compassion. My goal is to create an emotionally safe and respectful relationship. This relationship gives us the container to hold any/all of the issues you are struggling with - anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, loss. Working through and healing these wounds does take time. The result is a fully integrated sense of self, which brings you more mastery of emotions and conflict, increased self confidence, and more compassion for self and others.
I am especially skilled in using the developmental stage of the client to increase their awareness and ability to gain more effecive tools to cope with their emotional, relationship and self confidence needs. I also have extensive training, skills and experience working with young girls and women. I focus on issues of self esteem and empowerment.
