I offer a gentle and supportive approach to therapy, one in which client and therapist work together to discover patterns that may be interfering with happiness and peace of mind. I provide a nurturing and non-judgmental environment in which my clients may explore themselves fully, gaining access to their inner guidance and allowing their hearts to speak. Together we look at how shifts might be made so that change and transformation can be achieved, leading to health, wellbeing, and the actualization of one's goals.
I believe in the importance of addressing the mind, body, and spirit in healing, thus my approach is a holistic one. I am also trained in Jungian dream interpretation and utilize this in the therapeutic process when there is a need or desire expressed by my clients. In addition, I am trained in providing integration sessions through a Jungian perspective.
