I work with substance abuse, survivors of domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. I with youth and with victims of sexual assault. I am often told by others that I have a very non-judgmental approach to helping others. I have unique experience as a former foster child and I also have a deep understanding of minority issues. I enjoy helping people explore and navigate their problems in a healthy and positive direction.

I am a compassionate Social Worker with a unique background, including personal experience as a former foster child. This, combined with a deep understanding of minority issues, allows me to provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space for clients.

My work focuses on helping individuals, including youth with trauma history and survivors of sexual assault, to navigate substance recovery, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders, guiding them toward healthy and positive solutions.
