Tired of the pain and struggle? Need tools or support? If so, read on...
People come to therapy for various reasons including the need for a confidential space to feel seen and heard on the journey through hard or traumatic things. To drop the mask and be unfiltered, process big feelings, grieve a loss, or heal wounds. To receive support for change, problem-solve, create new habits, and lean into resilience. Learn new skills and tools, or have a place to emotionally rest when life is overwhelming. If you're like me, having purpose and meaning is important and mine includes providing a safe therapeutic space for all of this.
My practice is evidence-based and treats stress, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, medical illness and trauma. Coupled with a lived experience of my own hard things, I meet clients where they are and provide compassionate care. I draw upon broad experience including oncology and lifestyle medicine in major healthcare settings.
Research shows that one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy is the client-therapist fit (compatibility, trust, and safety). Combine a good fit with my clinical expertise, your strengths, readiness for change, and willingness to be open—and together we'll create a path so you can suffer less and have and more joy!
