I work with individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of their primary relationship style clarifying their role in the relationship. This is accomplished by helping the client learn how to hold their physical, emotional, and mental space in regard to their role in the partnership/relationship.
I have extensive training in couples therapy using a body orientated psychotherapy dealing in the psychosomatic realm. I also have developed a temperament inventory program to identify one's relationship style, closely related to one's personality type.
