About
My goal is to help you become more authentic in your relationships, find and live your values, and bring more peace and growth into your life. I am trained in various approaches, and my skill set includes evidence based practices such as Seeking Safety and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I provide culturally responsive care and I have over 15 years working with children, adolescents, youth who have probation histories, families and adults, and have experience with treating trauma, anxiety, and their impact on relationships.
With warmth, lightness and respect, I create an environment where you are both supported and challenged to overcome that which brought you here...whether it is problems with other people, anxiety or depression. As needed, we develop a strategy together to overcome barriers that stop you from being your best self.
A journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Contact me for a free 15 minute introductory phone session where we discuss goals and explore if we are a good fit to do this important work. I have a sliding scale and see clients on Saturdays. Reach out to me to get the support you deserve.
